Santa Cruz Syndicate’s Greg Minnaar (SRAM/RockShox) bags another win this season here at Northstar in Lake Tahoe at the Pro GRT Downhill event. He was joined on the podium by teammate Steve Peat in 3rd, and fellow Santa Cruz rider, Cedric Gracia of the Brigade, in 4th. Bryn Atkinson was on the second step and young rider, Mitch Ropelato, rounded out the podium in 5th. (Josh Bryceland stayed home for this event to recover from his crash in Leogang where he suffered a concussion and an impact to his AC shoulder joint).

Greg Minnaar bags the win in Leogang

Santa Cruz Syndicate’s Greg Minnaar (SRAM/RockShox) shows that he can win on any track as he puts his strengths to the test and wins here in Leogang, Austria at the 3rd UCI World Cup Downhill. Steve Peat is back on track narrowly missing the podium by .05 seconds and placing 6th, bumping him up to 12th overall in the series, and Josh Bryceland had a horrible crash hitting a tree and stunned himself on his race run.

Syndicate's Minnaar Second To Gwin At Wheels Of Speed

Santa Cruz Syndicate's Greg Minnaar (SRAM/RockShox) placed 2nd today in the Milka Wheels Of Speed downhill in Willingen, Germany. Aaron Gwin took the win on this short, fast course with a 1:50.06 to Greg's 1:50.26 and Andrew Neethling was third at 1:50.99, and Josh Bryceland finished 17th with 1:55.72.
